Service Delivery Policy

Digital Nexus (MCP), operated by Digital Nexus, is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses involved.

1. How the Service is delivered

• Account and free trial: available immediately after you sign up at mcp.digitalnexus.tech and enter your business details.
• Paid plans: activated immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment. You will see the plan as Active under Dashboard > Billing, and you will receive a payment receipt by email.
• Tally Connector: downloaded from Dashboard > Connect and installed on your own Windows PC. Your first sync usually completes within a few minutes, depending on the size of your Tally data and your internet connection.
• Claude AI access: available as soon as you add the connector link shown on the Connect page to Claude and sign in.

2. If something is not delivered

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, or you cannot access the Service you paid for, please email our support email with your business name and the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate your plan or, if we cannot, refund the payment as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
