Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how the free trial, cancellations and refunds work for Digital Nexus (MCP), operated by Digital Nexus. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
- Every new account gets a free trial of 7 days, with the limits of the Growth plan (up to 3 Tally companies).
- No card or payment is needed to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. When it ends, syncing, reports and Claude AI access are paused until you choose a plan. Your data is kept.
- The trial is available once per email address. Deleting your account and signing up again does not start a new trial.
- If you buy a plan during the trial, the paid plan starts immediately and the remaining trial days end.
Because you can use the full Service free of charge before paying, please use the trial to make sure Digital Nexus works with your Tally setup before you subscribe.
2. How billing works
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST at 18% is added to every charge.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you turn off auto-renewal.
3. How to cancel
- Sign in and open Dashboard > Billing.
- Click Turn off auto-renewal and confirm.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again. You can also cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank, but please cancel in your dashboard too, so that your account shows the correct status.
If you cannot sign in, email us at our support email from your account's email address and we will cancel it for you within 2 working days.
4. No refunds for partial periods
All fees are non-refundable. In particular, we do not give refunds or credits:
- for the unused part of a month or year when you cancel, including on yearly plans;
- when you switch to a smaller or different plan in the middle of a period;
- for unused company slots, or for periods when you did not sync or use the Service;
- when you delete your account before the end of a paid period;
- when an account is suspended for breaking our Terms of Service;
- for a renewal that was charged because auto-renewal was not turned off before the renewal date.
5. When we do give a refund
We will refund the amount charged in these cases:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same plan and period.
- Charged after cancelling: you were charged after you had turned off auto-renewal before the renewal date, because of an error on our side.
- Service not delivered: you paid, but because of a fault on our side your plan was never activated, or the Service was unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days in a paid period. In this case we refund the affected part of the period.
- Service discontinued: we stop offering the Service. We refund fees paid for the period after it ends.
6. How to request a refund
Email our support email within 7 days of the charge, from the email address on your account. Please include:
- your business name;
- the Razorpay payment ID or the date and amount of the charge;
- a short description of the problem.
We will reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer. GST on a refunded amount is adjusted through a credit note.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay will retry it. You keep access for a grace period of 3 days after the paid period ends. If the payment is not completed, the account is paused until you renew from Billing. If money was deducted from your account but the payment failed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details.
